Nope! I have Wet Okoles too and they are made for protecting your seats from water. Climb straight out of the surf at Wiamea and head to the Foodland in
Haleiwa in the rain - no worries.

I left my top down in a torrential rain storm. There was a few inches of water in the jeep. I put the top up started it and left the air conditioner with the temp on hot. it dried everything including the carpet. to this day i wouldve never known if i wasnt the one who found it.

Fixed that with a pair of Wet Okole seat covers. - I pulled all the carpeting, drain plugs (front, rear, even the small ones in the back area including the one under the storage hatch) and laid down two coats of Herculiner. After that dried I reinstalled the drain plugs but they get pulled to let it drain if/when needed. I also put a Ziploc bag over the computer under the passenger seat to keep the liner off of it and just left it there. - Yanking the carpet and spraying bed-liner and/or rolling Herculiner saves weight over carpet and completely eliminates that damp/musty smell. Hope this helps.
i got wet okole seat covers. They are awesomeee!!

Not so much - on the occasions it got truly soaked, I'd brush the excess water off by hand and/or with a small towel I kept in the console and that took care of it. Any moisture dried much, much faster than the stock seats and/or the seat covers I had on it prior.
There is also a cleaner/conditioner for the neoprene but as mine were new, I hadn't tried that yet - probably getting about time for it though.

Only brand of seat cover I'll ever own - expensive, but so worth it.
