Default Jeep will not start

My 2010 JKUR will not start. When I turn the key nothing happens. I have a manual transmission and popping the clutch will not start it. I have replaced the battery and checked all cable connections. Everything that I have read is pointing to the ignition switch in the steering column. Any advice/help will be greatly appreciated.

Just a quick question. When you first turn the key on do the dash lights come on etc.?

I have a manual trannie and I have yet to locate the neutral safety switch/clutch safety switch. If you could tell me where to look I would greatly appreciate the assistance.

I am not near my service manual, in the process of moving and stuff is in storage, but it has to be either at the pedal (old school) or down on the clutch/trans. I don't know if this is correct but I read that if you are in 4L the system will by-pass the neutral safety switch. If you get your hands on a repair manual it will show you where it is.

I have found the culprit or culprits. It is either my WCM or my key. I finally got it to start, but it only ran for a couple of seconds then shutdown due to the WCM not recognizing my key. Is there a way to bypass the WCM so I can get back to having some fun?

It was the WCM and the original key. I replaced the WCM and key and now no problems. On the trails again.
