when i pulled my gauge cluster, and turned it on - my wipers wouldnt shut off either. Im guessing that your gauges are either disconnected or shorted out somewhere.

Sure you didn't get the 'Black Mule' edition (similar to the Black Ops Edition but a bit more stubborn).

Not much help, but I would disconnect the battery for a little while, let it reboot. Maybe pull it and go get it checked at Autozone or other place. Bad battery can cause weird crap to happen.

you know what they say, if you can't fix it with a hammer you've got an electrical problem.

I jetted off in the little car and disconnected the battery before I left. Must be something electrical that's "big" considering I can't get it out of park as well. Tried searching here online but can't pinpoint what exactly I need.

Loose wire in the dash. Are you getting a "no Bu5" error on your speedometer too? Means your dash with all associated guages are not talking to your vehicle computer.
