Jeep wont start after 1 hour of playing stereo with engine off
Really??? This is my first Jeep but my previous trucks could go several hours with no problems. Do I need two batteries?

You might just need a better battery. Optimas are good, so are Die Hards.

Not easy to say why your battery was down. An hour should not keep it from starting.
The battery or the charging system could be defective. With a 2012, the first stop should be the dealer. It could be hard to prove anything is wrong, however. You may need to check in with a third party and pay for some testing.
If the charging system is bad, then there was not as much power stored in the battery as it could hold.
If the battery is bad, then even with a working charging system there was nowhere to store the power.
Either way, you came up short on battery power. A 2012 that had just been running - even with a stock battery - should play any stock stereo for a hour no sweat. (A possible exception might be if you have the biggest system with sub and it was playing at 11 for the whole hour. Even then I think it should have started.)

Head down to the auto elec or battery store and get them to test the battery.
They should do it for free.
If the bat is good get the auto elec to test the alternator and check for any excessive current draw that could still be on when the jeep is of and locked up
Eg some cars have a tendancy to get a busted glovebox light switch that leaves the light on all the time and after a while drains the battery.
Hope it helps.

My 2012 COD Edition sat a lot since I have a dedicated work car.
I did kept it started and moved around the driveway once or twice per week to keep everything lubricated, charged, etc.
Anyways, I had the same problem.
I would be out working on it and sometimes have the stereo jamming or even just the interior lights on doing something. Several times after 30 mins to an hour I would go to start and it would just click so out would come the jump box.
Finally I got fed up and drove it to the dealer where they did a battery load test. Sure enough the battery failed and was replaced.
All they have to get from the test is the failure code from the testser and attach it to the repair order. After that never had anymore problems at all.
You shouldn't be going and buying a battery when your Jeep is still under factory warranty unless you just want an excuse to buy an Optima
