Not sure if this counts as a true mod or not, but I found the sequence to allow you to unlock all of the doors with one push of the unlock button on the key fob.
Press and hold the Lock button on the fob for at least 5 seconds but no more than 10 seconds. While still holding the Lock button press and hold the Unlock button. Release both and test.

That was the first thing I did... I knew it could be done because I had done it to my dodge truck before I got the jeep. it is nice to only hit the button once and have everything unlocked...
