I have kept the date in my mind for years now. This April is when she is close to 5 years

 

Chrysler sent me a post card reminder, and my dealership even called me to set up an appointment.

 

My service manager said the ball joints are considered suspension, even though I've seen other posts where the dealerships changed them under the lifetime warrantee, I'm not going to push the issue.

 

I purchased the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty for $3300. I bought my 2007 just before they announced the lifetime drivetrain warranty. At 95000 miles they replaced the front carrier, 3 power windows, water pump, both exhaust manifolds, clock spring and fixed an oil pan leak. I had my 5 year check done 2 months prior to my anniversary date and Chrysler denied it. According to the dealer there is only a 30 day window. Took it back in on the anniversary month and haven't had a problem.

 

It's a 60 day window. The extended waranty covers ball joints & u jounts. At least the one I got in 08 did
