Default massive shake

So every once in a while ill be going 45 ish hit a bump in the road and the jeep turns into a giant paint shaker

You can hear the wheel and tire skipping on the asphault and the steering wheel shakes crazy bad ill slow down near stopping and everything goes back to normal what would be the cause of this issue plus its only on the left front wheel that it happens just curious if anyone else has this issue?

Get your tires balanced and make sure theres no play in the trackbar to start. Sounds like its just tires.

Welcome to the club. You have what is called DEATH WOBBLE. There is a really good thread on here on diagnosis and fix with videos. I think it's called "Diagnosing Death Wobble" or something like that. You probably need to retorque you track bar bolts, and check your driver side bushings.

Sounds like u have death wobble. U need to inspect your front end for broken or loose joints and bolts.
Prob has nothing to do with rotating tires.......

While changing these bolts does the jeep need to be up on a lift or can it be done with all tires on the ground?

On the ground and it's super easy to do your self, just don't forget to torque it to the right specs.
