Mirror water leak fixed without a drill?

Here's what I did.

Remove the bolt with a T40 Torx wrench.

With the palm of my hand, I hit the bottom of the mirror (under the actual mirror part), in order to break the mirror assembly loose.

Then with a good solid grip, I pulled the mirror bracket cover off (part that gets drilled).

I cut the foam out.

I enlarged the existing factory drain hole to about 3/16" diameter. You can see the enlarged drain hole, in the pic.

I just took the doors off. problem solved.

i just used a fine tip screw driver and pushed and twisted it into the plastic until it went through. Water poured out
