Default Power Steering problem

My power steering isn't working on idle, but only on idle. When i press gaz pedal and my rpm raises, (even when i'm not moving) my power steering come back normal. I'm also worried about going to my dealer because i have a 2.5 BB and i dont want them to say your no stock so no warranty

Sounds like the power steering pump is going bad, not producing enough psi.
at idle, how big are your tires, good luck

Your lift will not affect this warrenty. Take it in and get a new pump!

Lift should not affect your warranty x2 (at lease that is what my dealer told me)
I think I am having some issue of my own with my steering pump too. Let us know how it goes.

Sounds like it could be a bad belt tensioner and belt to me.

This is my vote.
At idle the tensioner is under the least load, so the belt will be at its loosest. I had the tensioner go on a Saturn many moons ago and the idle weakness was the first sign, looking back.

So the only solution is to take it to the dealer?

Take it to the dealer, if they repair it fine, if they don't you would still be repairing it yourself anyway....

I had my '08 for about 8 or 9 months, and my power steering pump went out completely. I took it to the dealer and they replaced it.
