Default Riddler Diff covers

So I got my Riddler Dana 44 Diff covers in yesterday and I'm not very impressed in there quality. Very rough and pitted and the mating edge is not flat and has a big grinder oops on it. Are they all like this?

I'm going to return the one that has a big grinder dig in it. I expected better quality for $100 each.

Where did you buy them? Hopefully it won't be an issue to exchange it. An issue like this could cause a gear oil leak. It should not look like this.

Mine looked like that to.
They can really take abuse on the trail. I've landed on mine a few times with no issues.

I expect they are sand cast and not really supposed to be a "pretty" part anyhow. The machining is a bit rough...I would either hit it with a flat file or send back for replacement.
