Have you had a garage/dealer somewhere work on your Jeep? A lot offer free "topping off" of various fluids. They might have mixed in the wrong coolant.

It has only ever been to a Chrysler dealer.

Tell the dealer you want that reps opinion in writing. If they are denying a warranty claim, they bear the burden of proof. Time for lab analysis of that stuff in the overflow bottle.

Thanks. That was my plan today.
I also want to know what method he used to determine it what outside contamination.

What is the best way to go about finding someone to analyze the substance?

At this point? Get a lawyer and let him worry about it. The first thing he will do is write a letter or two to the dealer and Chrysler to see if that shakes them up enough to get you satisfaction. After that he will handle the details of a technical argument in a court of law. I doubt that Chrysler will accept your lab report if they reject the lawyer's initial letter.

It may be hard to see, but I have tons of very fine sand coming out of my air vents...ITS EVERYWHERE! I figure I will have to let it blow itself out and the vacuum as needed, haha.

Do you really think the cost to solve the problem is more than a lawsuit would cost? It sucks, but I don't see how you come out ahead there financially. I don't know much about going to court, but I know lawyers aren't cheap lol

Your sucking it in through the hood louvre between the wipers. You can get a cabin filter to fit your JK.
Do a search for cabin filters.
