I used Isopropyl Alcohol to remove the adhesive from both paint and visor. The good part about alcohol (besides the obvious) is that it evaporates and does not leave any residue. I put another decal over the wrangler sticker location, so WD40 would not have been a good idea for me. You can get 99+% stuff at an electronics component store (resistors and diodes, not refrigerators and tv's).

oh the other hand I still have a bottle of some unlabled stuff I bought while in Amsterdam a few months ago. Mixes well with Dr. Pepper, but also quite good at starting fires, and removing unwanted goo.

Who ever installed my soft top decided to place the packaging sticker on the inside of my trunk door. It was stuck pretty good and took a while to take off.

I used some soapy water and my finger nail. I went very slowly and applied wax afterwards.

I don't like all the damn paper stickers all over my soft top assembly, side windows, and back window. Those things don't come off, they rip. Sticker adhesive remover works well though.

Any ideas about removing the dealer's name from the spare tire cover?
