I have about 20k on them, they are working awesome. I love the ride from them. my tires are cupped really really bad, so I get a crap ride from them....but shocks are top notch.

The Moab and Altitude use Sahara shocks. (Heavy Duty)
The COD and Arctic use Rubi shocks. (Performance)

^ Thanks! I was working on deciphering some of the OEM terminology. (Heavy Duty vs Performance).

I've had the Rubi shocks installed for a week or two now and love them. In my opinion, they ride MUCH softer than the Sahara shocks. Pretty easy to bob the front end when rowing gears or braking. Very easily to jounce the front of the Jeep by hand. I can see why people like these shocks with stiffer springs.

The Sahara shocks were in turn softer during the initial part of the stroke than the Monroes, but they were stiffer than Rubicons. Little bobbing of the front end. Not much jounce.

The Monroes I believe were digressive, so stiff initially, then soft on bigger hits. Very difficult to get any jounce out of the front end by hand. Too stiff for me.

The Rubicon shocks are the exact ride I was looking for. Soft and cushy, but controlled.
