for those wonder where the axle breathers are
Ok, I keep seeing people talk and ask about where the axle breathers are and how high up they are on our JK's. so i figured i'd take a few photo's so everyone would know once and for all.
the front tube goes up the drivers side shock mount:
in this photo, its the dark dirty hose coming up the side-

this is the tip:

thats the front breather, the rear is located on the passenger side, above the wheel:
its the tube coming up from the frame, it clips on where that plastic tab is-

this is the tip-

and thats where the rear is located. hope this helps anyone that was wondering where they were.
i forgot to take a picture of the trainsmission breather, someone else can post a pic, or i will tomorrow when i get the chance.

That's great info. Thanks. Now, all of you who have trouble with warranty can point these out and tell the dealer if Jeep had not intended for the vehicles to be offroad, they wouldn't have put the axle vents so high up.
