Not sure if you guys have Clear Waxoyle over there. We use it here, just heat it up so its liquid, attached can to air line or poor into a garden spray container and pump, and just go crazy all over the underside. Dries to hard wax, protects everything keeps rubbers ides soft and free from cracking.
Mmmmmmm yes you do http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcNP4INYEMI

I paid for the dealer to undercoat my undercarriage too, they took care of the tub but nothing else. I noticed that the undercarriage started to rust so I sanded any rust off and sprayed the whole undercarriage with Rust Check Rust Paint, let it dry for a day or two then went over it with the rust check rust inhibitor. It was a major pain in the ass but the end result was pretty good and so far no rust.

I use the rustoleum treatment every spring....also if you have a product called Fluid Film...it works great. I sprayed my new JK before winter hit. It puts a layer of a waxy film anywhere you spray it and it keeps the salt from eating your Jeep. It's great stuff and works very well.

Thanks everyone. I pick up the Jeep today. After all our rains in SoCal, I'll get busy.

A great product for the engine is Quicksilver corrosion spray used on outboard and inboard motors . It puts a protect film over the engine , not stick like waxoyle, does not burn off like WD40, and does not dry hard like Lacquer.
You can buy it from most chandlers/yacht shops.
I have give the intercooler and rad a real good coating as it is rather prone to weather.

I got Ziebart undercoating included with my purchase because I'm overseas. The only rust I've gotten is on the uncoated surfaces (i.e. knuckles and ball joints). The lifetime warranty is also worth something!
