Yes i removed the bolts from the bottom haha. I think a floor jack seems a little safer so ill give that a try tonight.
Thanks

I used a block of wood, about ten rags and my Jack... Jack up on the door until there is pressure and shimmy the door back and forth lightly for about 20 seconds. Give one pump on the jack and shimmy the door a little more. When you see the first signs of separation, spray some lube on it. As the door starts to lift... Be prepared to hold the door. It'll come off!

I've used this method for a few Jeeps and haven't met a door i couldn't break free. Good luck!

The old "measure twice, cut once" is applicable here. Be patient with the jack.

^ agreed ^

Don't crank on the jack... Slow and easy, the door will start lifting.

I would try using two people to get them off first. Work the door back and forth while you both lift. If they have never been off it will definitely take some effort. Always grease the hinges before reinstalling.

Soo i tried using the jack on the easiest moving door but it wasnt budging and the floor jack with a 10 inch peice of 6x6 reached the highest it could go. Didnt bother finding a longer chunk cause i was getting a little sketched out with how much pressure i was putting on it so i figure ill just take the whole hinge off the jeep and bang er off that way. I mise well clean them up and bedline them cause they look like shit!

Also does anyone have any pictures of their hinges either bedlined, powder coated or plastidipped?

The hinge in your picture look pretty bad. I think it is time for new ones.

Kind of like what was said above. Use a 2x4 covered with a rag on the length of the bottom of the door. Then jack lightly as close to the hinge as possible.
