I use Mobi1 5-30 in my 3.8 and 5-20 in my 3.6. Been using Moibl1 for 20 years now, but I may switch to amsoil, change intervals are 7000K miles.

I belive im going to run 5-20 Valvaline full sythetic. I belive valvaline is oem oil, and the syn-power has a 300,000 engine warreny if you record all your oil changes on thier website, also a good way to keep warrenty records.
