I do have these, they'll need a fresh coat of paint though. If you want to cover shipping (small envelope) I'll get them out to you.
You'll have to get new screws too since I can't find them. They came on a set of flares I got and I have no intention of using them. Sorry for the slow reply.

are these the ones that go on the stock fender flares? will they fit??

Yep, they came off of the stock front flares.....an 09 (not that it matters since they're all the same). They do look large in the picture but they are normal.

They dont quite look like the ones i posted a link of. You shouldn't have to screw them on
