We are going to be at the exxon around 8:45 or 9:00 am. If you are in that will make 5 of us. Just so everyone is on the same page it is exit 68 off of interstate 68. Make a right off of the exit if you are coming from points east, left from points west, and the exxon is on your left. I am going to hit the interstate on exit 32 in Hagerstown at 8:00 or a little before that should put me at the exxon at 9:00 or a little before. Then fuel up and hit the trails. Im going to bring something for lunch and and some post wheeling beverages. There is also a map of the park and the roads on the website it might be a good idea to print one off. I'll see everyone tomorrow!!!

 

Gotcha! Initial E and myself are meeting at Panera on Boston st, and heading to meed dp7197 at the park & ride at end of I70 (by 7:30) and the three of us are headed out to meet Only 1 (and anyone else) at the Exxon station/convenience store at exit 68 on I68. Shooting for 9 or so at the Exxon. Pow wow there and decide the plan of the day.

I'm bringing some lunch for the day and some java along with the wife. Have some gear and a few maps. Can't wait!!

Freak - you may be able to hook up with us in Frederick at 270 and 70.

If we head out from B'more around 0730 it should only take about 30 minutes to get to Frederick.

I have my recovery gear packed and we are ready for the trip. Plan on leaving the house around 0630 for the jaunt to the park and ride.

 

Do you mind if another tj tags along? I'm in the same club as Alex and was heading up there for some snow.

So sorry guys but I found out late last night that my entire group decided to cancel the ride. I hope you all have a good safe ride.

 

You should have come with us it was a good time!!! Thanks to all that came I had a good time meeting new people and seeing the sights!! I'll get some pics up soon

 

How was the ride, any major issues with ice, or anything else? Was thinking about a ride up there in a few weeks.
