Don't do gears man... it makes things just boring.

They take the "interesting" out of things! I used to be scared of that left line... now it's easy as pie.
Little slippery by the time we got to 3rd, and once George was done messin around we had Mike & his buddy behind us.
Put on new shocks & sway bar links, but guess shoulda done lines! Oh well, they'll be here tomorrow! I've had it out a couple times since the gears though, and they're no joke, I'm amazed how easy it makes things, you'll love them!

I remember thinking "damn I haven't had a wheel that far in the air in a LONG time" yet didn't think anymore of it than that. Oh well, I'll just have to run it again fully disconnected next time haha
I keep looking at the pics you took at 3rd and can't believe i didn't realize my sway bar wasn't disconnecting

I'm strongly considering getting the Evo manual sway bar release if I can't mock up one myself. I found out it's just a bolt with a nut welded on, a plate with the crank on it and a spring I believe. Hard to justify spending almost $100 for that when I could probably throw it together for $5-10 if I can somehow find out the sizes of the pieces
We're headed up red elephant it sounds like, to recover a rolled yota up there on Sunday. WAY less snow that the weather fore-tards said to expect as usual, so it's looking doable. Probably not what you were looking for, but i'd be up for something on sat as well.
Ya I was kinda looking into something easy maybe mount baldy trail. Is there a way you can find out which trails are open? I also came across one of those forest service bulletins and it mentioned having an ohv permit, are those required?
