I will have to ditto the poor teaching jobs here in the springs as well. I have a friend that lost her teaching job last year and is still looking for a teaching job. Need at least a BA/BS degree and +. But, yeah, if you can make it, it is a great place to live.

Anybody cut rubi rail to fit 35's? the rubi rail isn't my concern but I'm confused about what to do about the pinch seem......Any input?
Welcome!

Dont be afraid to cut the rails, lots of people do it. As for the pinch seem, you can cut that too or bend it back some.

Thanks. As for the rail I think I'm gonna weld a tube onto it and make some more prettier side armor type rails that can also be used as a step, it's really funny watching the 5' tall wife try to climb into the jeep with only 2.5" on it
lol gotta love the JKs already tall height

as for beefing up the rock rails, there is a sponsor on here that sells prebent tubes that just needs to be welded on:

...I am sure you can do it cheaper but if in case you are lazy...

I fit 35s with the rubi rails no problem with the TF 2.5BB trying to fit the 35's on without doing the lift you would have to do some cutting, but why do that, its really quick and easy to do the lift install, only time i notice any rubbing at all is at full stuff and PSI @ 12-14.

I use a 10# CO2 tank and can get about three fills(a fill for me is all four tires) from 14psi up to 34psi and am running the 35x12.5 MTR. I normally fill my rigs tires and a buddies and then off to help anyone else thats still filling, its much faster than any air compressor

saw a silver 4-door hard-top in the Springs yesterday with bedlined grill , lift, 18" rockstars , and a girl driving. Just wanted to say it looked great and good job!

Picked up wheels today and will get 35's mounted tomorrow

That's way more tire fill than I thought you would get, I have a small Co2 bottle I use for work, It's not a 10 lbs but I will surley be able to get myself taken care of.....looks like my brother is on his own!

Well if your using just CO2 thats the size of paint ball tank or mobile nailer you might not get as far as you think, make sure you have a back up just incase until you know how much fill you will get out of your tanks. Don't know if the small tanks actually compress it to liquid or if its just compressed.

Boys,
I am moving to colorado from Tulsa, I have an awesome jeep shop here to help me with my mods and issues with my JK. Was wondering who is or has the best 4x4 shop in the Denver area I can check out when I get to town. Shoot me a PM and let me know.
