Carnage at LHC is closed permanently. Carnage BV is open (it's actually more fun than LCH Carnage anyway).

Last weekend all the trails in Boulder County east of Peak to Peak and up to at least Raymond were closed because of the fire. (LHC, miller Rock, Switzerland, etc).

Two weeks ago the extreme course at the top of LHC was still not open and Mother Hill was closed down.

Default Moving to Colorado

I am just checking in with the Colorado JK'ers. I just accepted a job offer in Carbondale, so I will be moving to the Roaring Fork Valley in a couple of weeks from San Diego. Looking forward to the move and checking out some trails in the area. My JK is a 2 door Rubi with Teraflex Springs and Control Arms on 35's, Rock Hard rear Bumper and a home built front stubby and rack. Thanks all and can't wait to be in CO.

Gerrit

Default extra stock rear sway bar link?

Hey guys,
I have a Teraflex Budget Boost. The stock rear sway bar link, that is removed and re-installed in front for this list... is broken. Sheared off at the bolt, where it attaches to the front sway bar.

Anyone have a stock rear sway bar link they are not using, willing to part with?

Give me a shout please.
Tim

Default Holy Cross

Looking at running Holy Cross and am wondering how tough it is? Traildamage.com gave it a 7-9 rating, wondering if its conquerable in my 2door JK. I am sitting on 35's locked front and rear, don't want to get any body damage though....Has anyone out here done that trail with a similar setup?

Ummm I dont know about a 2 door, But I seen a thread once with Lo2ay saying your going to damage your jeep in almost all areas, I believe he was running 42" tires during it as well in a 4 door....

IMO, If you care about your jeep, and dont want to spend a lot of money fixing it. then dont go

Default Holy Cross

I ran Holy Cross about 6 years ago in my TJ, 4" linch and 33's...only problem I had was right after the river crossing with wet tires, no damage...not sure if it's gotten worse over the years

Yeah I have been wondering, I know I had talked with someone on here about this before, and I did a search as well. Look like another has 2door has done it with 35's. Would be an awesome trail to do. Might just risk the damage after all its what I bought the Jeep for anyways!

I ran Holy Cross on 3" lift and 35s w/lockers last month. In the rain. No breaks, no body damage. Didn't winch or take the strap all day. And yes, I've got a 2-door.

Holy Cross is hard, don't get me wrong, but it's entirely doable in a 2-door w/35s.
