Can someone tell me why an antenna bracket is $30!?

I make all sorts of crap, not because im a skilled artisian, but because im cheap. but where i am now, have no access to anything, not even a place to work on the rig, so i ordered this mount.

yeah, I know how that is...ised to have a 2 car garage, now I have an apartment...sucks!

Homedepot. I would look for stainless steel first. If not then aluminum. Just to avoid rust.

Just installed my antenna, used the mirror bracket that came with it. Ill plastidip the bracket when it gets warm enough outside to paint.

Cut and bent this tonight. Wish I had a mill to cut some pretty slots or something in it and my 3rd brake extension..
