Galaxy DX94XP & Tuffy JK Overhead console fitment
This is kinda off subject, but I noticed in your signature that you are undecided on 35's? I had GY MT/R w/Kevlar 33', got my 3" lift and went with Nitto Trail Grapplers and love em' over GY. Quieter, handle better all around. Just wanna give ya some info.
I should have gone with the Cobra 29, but I loved my Galaxy 88 when I had it in my rig and wanted to stay with them. Kick myself in the buttocks for it now.

I make up my mind then look again and change it. Then change it some more...
I have been leaning towards the Nittos for some time now. I used to run Nitto z-rated street tires when i was in the racing phase. I know street and offroad are opposite ends of the spectrum, but they were such good tires and the quality was awesome so i will most likely stick with Nittos. Being stationed in England has put all the major mods (lift, bumpers, wheels, tires, winch) on hold so I still have time to decide on 35's or 37's...lol. I do way too much parts research...

Well you guys got me curious. I just went out to my JK (4dr, 2011) in the garage to measure the distance between the bottom center of the ARR bar to the windshield. It's about 11 and 1/2 inches. If the rig is a little over 10 inches, and about 1/3 of it is forward of the mounting bar, I don't see why it would not fit? Of course your JK is different, which could be the issue.
The measurement was taken from the holes below the ball mount back to the windshield.

I have an FTM350 mounted on the ARR bar.

I just looked at the Tuffy again to see if I could cut some of the front opening side walls off to slide it out some. It could work, but no way to actually bolt the Galaxy down to keep it from bouncing around inside. I sent ARR an e-mail asking Rick what makes it not fit my radio, but no reply and its been a cpl of days. I am to the point of pluggin up my grinder and goin to work on the Tuffy. Only problem is that it has no openings in the rear to receive any coax or power cord....lmao
