Jk alternators are noisy. You need a real solid ground for your power and should run the +12 to the battery. You may need a noise filter if you are getting bad feedback still. Also, make sure your feed wire is quality and the right ohms to get low swr. I have had bad luckwith Radio Shack cables. Do you have excess wire wrapped up? Thats a no no too.
