So where have you been mounting the CB's?
I placed the connecter box behind the glove compartment and I am happy with the set-up. It is very clean and I can disconnect it and store the unit in the center console when I leave the vehicle.
Overall it is probally the best bang for the buck.
It works great if all you are looking for is a bare-bones CB. I use it on the trail to talk with other rigs (I have a few two-way radios for those who don't have one) and for emergencies on the road. The weather feature is great and I find myself using that daily.
