Cabin Air Temperature Sensor Location?
Well, Sport and X models don't have Auto Climate, so no reason to waste money or wire for Chrysler...
BUT, it doesn't need to be in a Hraness because it hooks up to HVAC control system only...so they would see that as a easy Job and no wasted money of theirs or wire and labor....

Sounds like one would only need to make a harness that connects the sun sensor and cabin sensor to the control with auto climate features. For a sport, that has none of the above, it would require:
- purchase of sun sensor,
- purchase of cabin sensor,
- purchase of hvac contol with auto climate features, and
- making the harness to connact all.
The old hvac control in this scenario would have connected to an existing harness (in all models) that would enable this all to work once all of the above was accomplished - no?

But since the 2011- up X and Sport Models can be bought without A/C and just Heat, guess there's not much reason to include/hide the extra's with a slim to none chance it would be used. All Sahara and Rubicons have A/C Standard so there is a better chance...lol

Auto headlamps w/ATC
Auto headlamps only
I saw where you pointed that out before, good stuff - thanks!
I'm thinking it makes sense to use the sensor that supports auto headlights too so that when/if one wants to add those it'll already be in place.
Shouldn't matter if auto headlights is not actually present should it?
Was thinking I'd throw together a schematic showing all needed items with part numbers to include all connectors (plugs and receptacles) and associated wiring.
Will include the parts list on the schematic.
What do you think, worth the effort?
Thanks...

I am planning on adding the sun sensor and turn signal stalk for auto headlights. If im reading this right is that all I need? I have a 2013 sport with a/c. I can program the tipm myself. My question is do I need to add the additional two wires from the sun sensor plug to the a/c module? ?
