Ok, so am I short bus special here or what? I trying to install a pair of Kicker DS65 in my soundbar, should there be an adapter to make my speakers fit? No adapters came with my speakers, and I can't find where anyone else talks about them. Is it just me? Or am I doing something wrong here?

I think this is the passenger side one. Comparatively, just the speaker replacement alone is a huge step up in sound quality.
I really like the way you installed the speakers in your soundbar. I also installed some polks and I am going to try your trick to dress up teh install. It looks fantastic!

I know this is an old thread, but to anyone wondering yes you do need an adapter for most speakers to fit in the soundbar. The Scosche SAC656 adapters work. Or you could do what I did and just use the stock speakers. Gut them and then use them as an adapter.
