Trimming and fitting the A-pillar corner plastic, was a time consuming process but worth the effort (I think anyway)

PSC hood louvers next weekend if weather still good.

Used 44-30 wire for the tube welding. $80 for 2lbs, but no chance of cracking during shrinkage. Welded each tube in 4 sections allowing plenty of time to cool down in between.

Had to grind the inside of the AEV diff skid to get the perfect fit back.

I love this build, great looking jeep. Particularly fond of that cage you put in.... May have to look into that.

So weather held out on Saturday, so installed the PSC hood louvers.

Ready for the install.

Template aligned and taped down, now to start drilling and cutting into fresh paint.

Bolted down with some adjustments to stop the hood dimpling too much at the bolts
