Did you attach that to the rear seating brackets? OR is it loose and just on top of the cargo area floor?

Hi Vuck! I've only ever run KM2s on the JK and BFGs as far back as a CJ! Best all rounder by a country mile in my book, especially for European conditions. They're 285/75/16s (33x11.5). I'm running a Teraflex short arm kit with 2.5" lift and Elka gas shocks all round.

Thanks in advance.
Thanks, it's been working really well. The rear seat mount is something that I welded up on my own. When doing it I made the decision to not show pictures or share specs on the mounting system due to the litigious nature of many people. For every 100 people that it would help, there is some jerk who would argue up and down about the safety of it, try it, and then threaten to sue me because one of their crappy welds broke. I really wish a company would step-up and make a single seat for the two door, but it seems they are all just saying "buy a 4 door" instead. I know that's a really vague answer for a specific question, and I'm sorry about that. I just prefer to avoid any of the flak that may come with sharing the information. Even the trolls that want to argue for weeks about the safety piss me off too much to deal with.

The deck I made by cutting a rough pattern on a large piece of cardboard, holding it in place to make the smaller and more specific cuts. Once I had the cardboard trimmed to the exact shape I wanted it, I laid it on the wood and traced it. I cut the traced wood out with a jigsaw. To get the height set I mounted several pieces of 2x4 to the bottom in spots that I knew were level. Then I measured distance to the floor for the other spots that I wanted supports, such as in the foot well, and cut and mounted those support pieces. All corners are supports so there is no spot a dog could stand and tip the deck over. The hatches I just cut out with a jigsaw and used metal brackets screwed to the bottom of the deck on the corners to support the covers. I used deck waterproofing on the entire deck to protect it from the elements, spray painted the underside of the deck black, and then used 3M spray adhesive to glue down the carpet.
The deck is two pieces, and takes about 30 seconds to completely remove. When installed I've had 250 pounds of dog on it with no problems and wouldn't have hesitated to put much more weight on it.

Thanks very much for the information and I totally understand you not wanting to show the exact details of your seat mounting system. Hopefully I will be able to figure something out it will be tough though because I can't weld anyway. I was hoping that you had found and aftermarket seat mount that would work. I have some good ideas perhaps I can figure something out. I think I could handle the deck I used to help my father on hot rods and race cars with cardboard patterns transferred to sheet metal or aluminum.

Default Roof Rack and Snorkel combination

Although I will not have the money for quite a while I have been looking for all kinds of stuff to build my dream Jeep. I have been looking for a full roof rack that places the weight on the Jeep rather than the hard top and still allows the use of the AEV snorkel. I was doing a bunch of reading on the AEV forum last night and found that a company called Front Runner makes just such a roof rack.

Removed this that wouldn't let me open it unless I'm using a drop-hitch (which I'm not). That and it weighs a ton;

So I can tow this;

Has anyone mod'd a trailer and used slide rails to mount custom cabinets/boxes onto? I'm trying to find a rail system that is more heavy duty than a typical one found on the side of kitchen drawers. Also looking for something with the capability of locking the box in place anywhere on the track.

Other requirements are it must lay flat and allow for the box to slide out/off the rail.

Any recommendations are appreciated.
