Expedition Modded Jeeps - Let's see 'em!!
I took the ferry in the Seattle area earlier this year. Roof rack cost me an extra $19--$7 without (my running buddy) and $25 with (rough cost; I don't remember exactly what my running buddy without a rack paid).

What?? I do not recall extra charges for roof racks. I see they charge on length, weight and if you are towing stuff.
BC Ferries charges vehicles taller than 2.1 meters (seven feet) a premium fare. The funny thing is that they still charge that on the newer ferries even though that height presents no issues. If I catch a ferry with nothing on the Gobi there is no charge, but if my RTT is attached then the rate jumps up by just over $20.00 each way.
