X2 and how much of a PITA is it to get it up there? I'm not a big fan of the stock location.

Any locks or etc. I park my keep outside don't want smell to take it and go.

I have read this thread from the beginning over the past couple of days and just now getting to your post. You may have already answered this question and I just haven't got to it yet. If so I'm sorry...but what roof rack is that? It looks light and designed to carry light loads. Sweet looking Rubi by the way.

Thanks guys, would love to join Mark D on one of his expeditions....... one day

Referring to the spare tire, indeed it is a heavy tire but quite easy to get up there, I just strap the tire down (I have two more SS cross bars to strap the tire to).

It is an MBRP roofrack, the bees knees I have to say as it withstood a lot of punishment with a ARB Series III tent, 35" SiMEX Swamp tire + 10gallon fuel. No issue at all, brilliant and a very strong construction.

Our expedition was in this weekends paper as well, really nice !!
