Expedition Modded Jeeps - Let's see 'em!!
I have a gobi ladder question. I have been searching for a good shot of how the ladder attaches to the rack at the bottom. It seems like it would flex enough to touch the body over the tail light. I was hoping someone could show me a picture of how this works or discribe it to me. I'm sure it doesn't scratch the paint but I want to see how they do it.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Second annual run of the K-Trail this past weekend. Three Jeep JKs, a Land Rover Defender D90 and a Land Rover Discover. Here are a few pictures. I will put together a video on my YouTube channel, but that will take a bit longer.

Wild horses? Saw several horses up here. There aren't any fences, so not certain what's up with them.

Arrival at our second night campsite (first night was at Clayton Lake State Park near the trailhead).

Beautiful view while we sat around the campfire enjoying peach cobbler the evening before.

There were some fairly deep mud holes along the trail.

This time of year (leaf off) you can really get some great views.

Oh, not my photo, but it wouldn't be the K-Trail if we didn't roll a trailer. This makes two year's running. Fortunately, as before, the damage was pretty minor. And, unlike before, this one was easily righted by manpower in about thirty seconds (before it was in the rain on a slippery slope and required winching for an hour or so in a downpour).

Thanks for sharing the pics Mark. I, too, look forward to seeing them (and hope to one day join in on the fun). What caused the trailer to roll this time? Was it a little too top heavy for the slope?
