When I purchased my JK in 2009, I had considered the green color but ended up with stone white.

Photography is my passion, though not ever my profession. I've been retired since age 50 and able to pursue the photography much more so than in the past. It's why I hike and backpack and four wheel. I wish it was just money--I'd be a heckuva a photographer! Sadly, I'm not that good--not at least good enough to make a career much beyond doing weddings and that I truly abhor.

Regardless, I do teach classes to Boy Scouts and leaders about taking good photos and one of the things I do at the end of the session is ask them which of my several cameras took the grand prize winning photo in a magazine with a circulation of over a million. I don't show them the photo because that would give it away (they being able to see the equipment in front of them). Of course, some recognize that it's a leading question, and correctly guess that it was the Canon P&S camera, an old A95, rather than something like the 7D with a couple thousand dollar lens mounted to it. Here's the photo, BTW, from which you can see how they'd easily guess which camera it is (since the underwater housing is setting next to the camera) ...

Nostalgia got me. Rescue green was really close to the color of my first jeep. 1974 cj5.. V8 with quadra trac... Well that and my wife had to have it....

Why get 35's then when you could easily run 37's/40's with that set up?
