Dropzone JK

Those are about the worst looking "lets make fun of Jeeps" pics I've ever seen.

Wow...just...wow. I'm all about "to each, his own", and i honestly don't know what I'm more stunned from...the pics or the comment..............but wow. Dude, if it does it for you, have at it. Like everyone else said, it's yours, and it's your money, Eff what anyone says about it. You have your right to do what you want to your ride; there's only one opinion that matters - yours. I gotta' tell you though, you'd get ragged to hell, yeah, for for being seen driving that in Louisiana.

I think it would look better on a 4-door, or go with 20s max on the 2-dr.

GOod on you, though. I think the rims themselves are nice.

Damn! Dropzone is going to be FAMOUS!

I knew eventually this thread would get ugly!

(MY personal opinion) This view looks good! The profile view though, the wheels are a little big proportionally, but it's an original. It looks better than the trash can lid looking rims with the low profile tires on the old threads!

It's much better than this!

I think this one is not getting trashed because it actually has offroad tires. It wants to be a real JEEP. I'm not sure what I want to do first or

I think this thread needs a poll.

We do have to re-define the term "real Jeep" in 2007 though. For example, is a 4-DOOR, 2WD, JK with POWER WINDOWS AND LOCKS, 18-INCH FACTORY RIMS (with Goodyear SRA's' essentially a passenger car tire) a "real Jeep"?

Simple math: 35" tire minus 22" rim=13inches of rubber/6.5 on each side.
Factory spec: 32" tire minus 18" rim=14 inches of rubber/7 on each side.

So there is only a half-inch less of rubber than a stock 18" wheel. I actually think that tire combo on DZ's Jeep looks better than the factory 18's

I personally didn't start bashing because nobody was really making any stupid comments. He posted his jeep and thats what he likes so why should I bash him? But to say its functional? Thats not what a person needs??? If he needs offroad performance then he needs smaller wheels. If he doesn't need to have offroad functionality then he doesn't need a jeep. Trucks will carry things, SUVs carry people, and cars are economical and or usually have good performance on the streets. A jeep is good offroad, other then that its just a damn jeep. Which is my point, 22s are ok if you like them, Jeeps are great imo... But 22s and a jeep go together like a redneck in newyork city. I can see that people like this combo, but that doesn't mean that it makes sense.
