JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

Laugh now but envy my 1/2 doors later...

I helpful fellow jeeper from the forum sent them to me for the price of shipping. They were from a friend of his that had their hinges replaced due to corrosion.

Now I just need DOOR HANDLES

When I'm done I'll post all of the measurements. I can even make cardboard templates and ship them out to interested parties. If you use cheap hinges and cheap latches I think you could make a set of rears for less than $100 + paint. That is considerably less that $7000!!!

I've been toying with those exact ideas. Except it would have to be Jeep Green. In addition to the cargo mat, there is also an extension to the Duster cover to completely cover the rear from just behind the front seats all the way to the tailgate--I think I saw that in the new Quadratec JK-only catalog. That would really look cool.

Default Latches installed

Here are the latches I got from www.yogisinc.com. They work GREAT. The door pops open when I hit the actuator just like the full door. It is a real 2 stage door latch and was only $22. The mounting bracket is ugly because I had to keep changing it to make the latch hit the striker right. When I make the real door I'll make it out of solid angle iron and weld it to the door frame with slotted holes to adjust the "depth". When the factory outside door handles come (tomorrow I hope) I'll make a linkage to the actuator arm. From the inside I'll probably just push up on the actuator.
