Laugh now but envy my 1/2 doors later...
When I'm done I'll post all of the measurements. I can even make cardboard templates and ship them out to interested parties. If you use cheap hinges and cheap latches I think you could make a set of rears for less than $100 + paint. That is considerably less that $7000!!!

In addition to the cargo mat, there is also an extension to the Duster cover to completely cover the rear from just behind the front seats all the way to the tailgate--I think I saw that in the new Quadratec JK-only catalog. That would really look cool.
Here are the latches I got from www.yogisinc.com. They work GREAT. The door pops open when I hit the actuator just like the full door. It is a real 2 stage door latch and was only $22. The mounting bracket is ugly because I had to keep changing it to make the latch hit the striker right. When I make the real door I'll make it out of solid angle iron and weld it to the door frame with slotted holes to adjust the "depth". When the factory outside door handles come (tomorrow I hope) I'll make a linkage to the actuator arm. From the inside I'll probably just push up on the actuator.
