Took my spare off due to tailgate started to rattle. Where can I find plugs to fill all the holes?

Either put the stock bolts back in or get some plastic plugs from hardware store. Here's one I used when I removed my ORFAB tire carrier and needed to plug the latch hole.

McMaster Carr has any and all sizes of plugs and hardware. You could use their catalog for a footstool!
