Finished the grill mod. I've never had more patience in my life than when I was puttin the zip ties through the slots.

New radiator, new thermostat, and new water pump. Still overheats like crazy. Out of ideas and patience.

Part of the Teraflex HD hinged carrier installed today. It was meant to be a birthday present but the box was fair game on the porch. Just have to wait for the tire carrier portion to finish it up. Post pics then.
