New Winch Mount
I bought a winch plate from ACE Engineering a couple years ago. It was made out of 3/16" at the most and bent in every time I tightened up my winch. Not knocking ACE Engineering because I love my ACE Bumpers and Rock Rails but they went cheap on the winch plates.
Sooooo...
This morning my buddy and I cut this out on his plasma water table from 3/8" plate and welded it up. Gonna put it on as soon as I get home from work this evening.
It took us a total of 2.5 minutes to cut out all four pieces on his plasma water table. So much cleaner and faster, plus you don't have to wait for it to cool down.
