I felt same way, I looked but could not find anything that would work like this.
This is as close as I could find for what I wanted, but it did not fit under the seat.

So instead I made one myself. All in all I think I am about $50 bucks into it for fabric, thread and the straps.

Upgraded to a Hard Rock front bumper, had an issue with installing the Maximus-3 JW SPEAKER fog light bracket. The instructions say it should be a T30... Does anyone know what size bolt this is? I had to use zip ties to hold the fog lights till I figure out what correct bolt size that is.
