Not to go off topic. Is there a big improvement of 4.10 over 3.73 if I were to stay with stock tires?

 

I would like to order a 2012 Sahara but there still seems to be a lot of confusion in the ordering process. When will the website update? And what's the difference between trailer tow group and max tow package?

 

To stay stock I would think there wouldnt be any advantage. I plan on having a lift and 35's shortly after the jeep arrives....4.10 with the new motor seem like its gonna be a great option.

Seems on the trailer tow group, they have a trailer sway dampener on it.

 

Just an FYI: Today is the last day to order Sahara Tan and Natural Green.

 

Does it look any different? Any changes to the sheet metal? I cant believe there are no spy shots.

I am still amazed we haven't seen any more pictures of the 2012 Wranger, other than the ones from China used for testing. I would like to see the american version

I would think it would be faster just to wait till the dealership gets a batch in if i missed the first allocation. I went to a dealership yesterday and they said they already ordered some. Also, they wouldn't let me order one without a deposit, one of the guys told me $1000 deposit to order, i must look like a retard or something

 

What's wrong with that? As long as the deposit is refundable. 1000 is a bit high. 500 would be better. But the dealer wants to know you're serious. That's ok in my opinion.

Also did you ask what they ordered to see if they'll have what you want? Some people have even gotten their names put on dealer ordered ones.
