2012 Wrangler information thread
Can someone confirm that you can NOT order the painted fenders unless you also order the painted top?
Also, is there any reason to prefer the late-arriving Garmin nav over the 730N other than it being cheaper? With the 730 do I still need to order the connectivity group or does the 730 already connect to an iphone via bluetooth to stream music and make calls?
thanks for the info

Yes
Yes, you have to get the top to get the fenders.
As for Nav, it's a personal choice. The 730 has some features the 430 doesn't, but if you like Garmin then the 430 is the way to go. My understanding is that the 730 has the connectivity module built in, but the connectivity group gets you the Vehicle Information Center. Whether that's worth the cost, I don't know.

AHQ MAX TOW PACKAGE (Unlimited models only)
Includes:
3.73 REAR AXLE RATIO (DME) (Unlimited Sport and Unlimited Sahara only)
CLASS II RECEIVER HITCH (XFN)
TRAILER TOW W/4-PIN CONNECTOR WIRING (XFU)
AHT TRAILER TOW GROUP (not available on Rubicon Unlimited)
Includes:
CLASS II RECEIVER HITCH (XFN) (Sport Unlimited, Sahara Unlimited)
CLASS V RECEIVER HITCH (XFR) (Sport, Sahara, Rubicon)
TRAILER SWAY DAMPING (BNT) (not available on Rubicon Unlimited)
TRAILER TOW W/4-PIN CONNECTOR WIRING (XFU) (not available on Rubicon Unlimited)
Why is AHT trailer tow not available on Rubicon Unlimited? It seems you cannot get the trailer sway damping then, which is a nice feature. Also, if you opt for AHQ max tow on Rubicon Unlimited, do you have to get 3.73 gears, even if you opt for 4.10 gears on the auto?
Edit: I see the 3.73's are for Sport and Sahara only
