Default bedline or plati dip wheels?

I am going to either bedline or plasti dip my wheels black. Any suggestions or opinions on which I should use? Pro and cons and durability. I think I am leaning toward the bed liner but all the plati dip stuff I've seen on here looks real good too. Any and all help/suggestions appreciated.

I know a few with Plastidipped wheels that say its great but id advise against it. Great stuff and I did my cowl with it, but one scrape on a rock, log or curb and it will start to peel up like a decal. I'd use high quality paint or bedliner. I used duplicolor low gloss engine enamel and love it

That is what I was thinking about the durability issue on the wheels in particular. Thanks for the advise and the picture. that is what I want my wheels looking like. Great job.

I have plastidipped my wheels. It's been on for maybe 2 months now and does show some signs of wear. I wheel on average once a week, and the plastidip does take some damage. In terms of long term durability when off pavement, I'd do something else. When it get's too damaged to look good I will peel it off and not do it again.

I did my wheels & when they got scraped up I jsut cleaned & recoated them. I did not find it necessary to peel them & start all over. I've found it easier to blend the plastidip than with spray paint.

What did you do to prep them? Did you prime the wheels or did you just clean them real good and spray them? I think I am going to go with the duplicolor engine enamel like yours or the bed liner. Thanks again for the advice and pics.
