he also answers e-mails pretty much anytime between 7am and midnight (sometimes later)!!

edit: it is 7:28pm CST and David just called me to let me know something i ordered was going to be on back-order and wanted to know if i wanted to leave it on my order or take it off for now. let's see Quadratec do that!
Recently made my first order with Northridge and will definately be ordering from them again. As stated no shipping on orders over $100 (so far all my purchases are over that..lol). I had a small problem and David offered to contact manufacturer to resolve it. He's always responded to my pm's within a reasonable time frame and will definately have me as a long time customer.

Although I have ordered only a few items from Quadratec, I have had nothing but good responses from them. I was able to return a product that I bought in November, well outside of their 30 day return policy, and there was no prblem whatsoever.
I will continue to use them... although I might give Northridge a try!

Default Fuel! Fuel! Fuel!

Transportation costs go hand in hand with fuel prices. You do the math.

Back in '96ish i payed 95 cents per gal for deisel in Oklahoma. Its now about $3.20 i think.
We need to tell the bark licking, tree humping, nature nazis to go take a hike!
And start drilling our own oil while working on new energy techs so i can get some cheaper priced fuel again and use some of the savings to start buying Jeep stuff.

Ditto to many of the good praise responses of Quadratec in this thread...I have had nothing but good experiences with them, as well. They state EXACTLY when something is shipping and EXACTLY when I would receive it...they've never been wrong...freakin' telepaths!

I've ordered some stuff through Quadratec, they screwed up one order (it was polished aluminum instead of black), I decided to keep it instead of returning because of the cross border duty. Not much of an issue though, other orders were handled perfectly.

So......I give em a big

If you call them, you can usually negotiate shipping. They base their shipping off of dollar amounts (with a few exceptions). Most of the guys there know that if you order something that's $800 and it's a small package that you don't need pay $75 in shipping (just an example, not real dollar amounts).

I live 30 - 45 minutes away from Quadratec's PA location. If it's small I'll have them ship it (especially with today's gas prices).

But if it's big, like glass half door uppers, I will go pick them up.

I am happy with Quadratec. They did ship the wrong lights to me on my first order with them..but when I called them up to tell them - they overnighted the correct lights to me without charge (of course) and UPS came and picked up the wrong lights without issue. Since that time, I ordered my Warrior tube doors and RR relo brackets from them. A big for me here too!
