Congrats JK RUBIJON. So it took almost 4 months from the time you re-ordered as an 08? Right?
Anyone else have an 08 Unlimited Rubicon built? If so, when was it ordered?
I know earlier on 07 builds it was taking 5 months or more for Unlimited Rubicons but I am trying to get an up-to-date timeline of some 08 orders.

Dealer just emailed me - in D status now.

Dual/Duel tops - (probably looks like dueling when trying to take them off and on all the time)
3/28/07 - ordered
7/5 - got VIN#
7/16 - "estimated" ship date 7/31
8/3 - Customer Worthless says "in scheduling and that was all they could tell me"
8/8 - per CW, C tentative schedule (build date 8/11)
8/14 - per CW, still in C status...
8/22 - per dealer, D status

Color Change
Can anyone tell me if changing the color on my ordered Rubicon will delay the build date?? At which code will it cause a problem? The dealer already had an allocation for a Rubicon and I gave a deposit and ordered it on Aug. 23, 2007.
The salesman told me that the code changed today but he wasnt sure what it changed to because the manager had already left for the day (possibly to D ), I'll know for sure tomorrow morning. I ordered Red Rock and wanted to change it to Flame Red....
