I can understand all of that, but they should be able to be honest and give us a solid estimate of delivery. If they are getting (x) amount of orders per day and they are only able to build (Y) per day they should be able to give an accurate estimate when they will be able to get to each order. I am a contractor and I can not get away with telling people I will start there job in 4 weeks and not show up and tell them maybe in another 4 weeks and so on and so on. I am also holding money in reserve to pay for this thing and there are better places to park my money if I no its not coming in for anther 3,4,5 months. Ok i'am done , just my 2 cents.
