I'm running 35's with 3.73 gears. Still has plenty of power. However, I do have the 2012 engine.

I'm running 35's with 3.21s. It doesn't bother me at all.

It may not bother you but if you did upgrade the gears youd probably end up scratching your head wondering why you havn't done it sooner. According to the experts, the 2012 on 35's should have 4:56 to 4:88 gears.
