It also needs to accept the factory tow hitch

Default My 2012 Sport

I think I'm about 700 miles and loving it. The mods are just beginning. Still trying to decide what's next, rims or bumpers. I see a lot of blackouts, so I think I'll go with a chrome and black rim, and then bring some chrome accents up in to the hinges and such. First off-road adventure is November 4th. Looking forward to some trail rides!

Traded in my '02 TJ for it. It was a sad day , but the frame was starting to get bad.

Go out to youtube and search for "Olympic Jeep JK Tire Carrier". You should get a video where a guy demonstrates the bumper and tire carrier with the winch. It does have a tow hitch incorporated into the bumper... so you could remove the factory one and replace it with the one that comes with the bumper.

That was a waste of money. I would have hit the dog instead of mailboxes. It you or the dog.

My first jeep was a 2007, bought it 5 years ago, trade it in for a 2011 Rubicon which I hate it because of the auto transmission. Got my 2012 Rubicon about 10 months ago. LOVE IT
Haven't done much to it. But I already have a huge project coming up, as soon as get home from deployment.

3" teraflex prerunner LCG
35" BFG KM2
Hutchinson Wheels
SPOD switch panel
ARB on board air compressor
etc....

I am glad to be part of Class of 2012

Easy for you to say. What if it was your dog?

I figure it was quiet on the thread as everyone was out 'wheeling'... I don't know about anyone else but I swapped to my softop and have it down most of the time. Still bright and sunny in AZ now but its cooler and nicer once you get up to cruising speed.
