i didnt even think of the salt on the windows!! i guess i'll see what happens not really much i can do because i dont have a hardtop haha

Hi! All I have / wanted is a soft top. I live in Western NY and the JK stays nice and warm all winter. We had a couple of -30 degree F mornings and once she got warmed up the cabin stayed toasty all the way to work and back. One bit of advice...leave any snow and or ice that is on the soft top alone. Let the fabric heat up and allow the stuff on top to come off on its own. (I haven't had a problem directly but have heard stories from those who did)! Giving the devil his due... D-C did an outstanding job with the heaters in the JKs! Take care... Mike

thanks for the advice. i only wanted a soft top also
